Q. How much weight can the WonderChair hold.
A. The WonderChair has been safely weight tested to 130kgs
Q. Will the knots come lose.
A. No! the knot ends on the Hanger block as well as the crossbar are heat welded so they can't
be undone naturally or by hand.
Q. If I have a height restriction and need to raise the height of the WonderChair and I can't
undo the knots, how do I shorten the ropes.
A. Because the knot ends are melted together you can't undo the knots. Not being able to undo
the knots is a safety feature. To shorten, you simply make a loop and push the melted knot
end through it. This can be done up to (3) times on the hanger block only . Shortening the
knots on the crossbar should never be done as that will change the angle of the seat.
Q. Will there be additional colors to select from.
A Yes. As Fabric becomes available I will post them on this site. At present Blue and Green strip
fabric will be available the end of May 2005.
Q. Can I have a custom match of available colors when ordering my WonderChair.
A. Yes. In the comment section of your order form just tell me what you want. Example:
#1 "blue seat & green back with blue and green stripe cushion covers or
#2 green foot rest with blue seat cushion cover and green back cushion cover. Green seat
and blue back.
The combinations are endless but I hope you get the idea of how you can order to your
needs.
Q. What is Your return Policy?
A. As I make 99% of the WonderChairs to order all sales are final.
Q. Is there a delivery fee?
A. If arrangements have not been made to pick up your Wonder chair at my shop or a market
site there will be a freight and packaging charge. Depending upon the final destination the
cost varies. You will be advised of the charges prior to acceptance of Your Order.
Q. Who Designed an who makes the WonderChairs?
A. I do. The WonderChair Has been Designed Registered and all rights are reserved.
